Get your Flack Jacket or find a 20# vest, because Monday May 27th is Memorial Day and CFP will be honoring our fallen with 'MURPH'.

'MURPH'

*Wearing a 20lb vest or body armor

- 1 Mile run to start
- 100 Pull-ups
- 200 Push-ups
- 300 Air squats
- 1 Mile run to finish

To get registered follow these seven steps:
1.Follow this link to the registration page: http://www.forgedclothing.com/mdm
2.Select the appropriate t-shirt.
2.Complete the checkout process.
3.Review the workout posted above, start training.
4.Wake up with a purpose on May 27th before 0930.
5.Finish the workout with your CFP Family (modify it if you need to, but make sure you have to work for it.)
6.Enjoy the day with family and/or friends and remember those deployed.

*Registration on the FORGED page is not a requirement to join in on the WOD.  However, it is HIGHLY recommended!  It goes to a great cause!!

Team of 3 or 4 (more team members = more rest)

Nancy  (2 people, 1 person working at a time)  
2 Rounds:
15 OHS (60-70 % of 1 RM)
220 m run

Grace (2 people, 1 person working at a time)  
30 Clean and Jerks  (65-75% of 1RM)

Helen (2 people, 1 person working at a time)  
2 Rounds:  
220 m run
21 kb swing
12 Pull up

Fran (2 people, 1 person working at a time)
21-15-9 Thruster
Pull Ups

Karen  (All team members, 2 people working at a time)  
150 Wallball

*This WOD is done like a relay. The first pair of team members will work to finish modified Nancy and then tag the other pair of team members to do Grace... ect… All team members must participate in at least 3 Girl WODs (Karen + 2 others) but you can split up the work in each Girl WOD any way you want.
**Each team will only have 2 bars - so plan your transitions. Resting team members are allowed to help change out plates.
